Liver fasting according to Dr Worm® is the decisive factor for your liver health and THE new start for your metabolism. The pleasing side effect: tumbling kilos and a reduction in abdominal girth.
The basis of our metabolic reset is liver fasting according to Dr Worm® with the 3-meal principle. Blood sugar and insulin levels are kept very low to optimise the breakdown of fat in the liver and other organs.
Each of the three meals consists of the specially developed Hepafast shake. Hepafast is a high-quality protein shake with oat fibre and other liver-active ingredients, which is prepared with a low-fat dairy product. Hepafast is crucial for the success of the programme! Two of the three Hepafast meals are supplemented with a large portion of vegetables. The vegetables are served in different tasty variations in our restaurant.
