This week is based on the Dr Worm® liver fast, which follows the 3-meal principle. This keeps blood sugar and insulin levels very low, thereby optimally promoting fat breakdown in the liver, the organs and visceral fat.
Each of the three meals consists of the specially developed Hepafast shake. Hepafast is a high-quality protein shake containing oat fibre and other liver-supporting active ingredients, which is prepared with a low-fat dairy product. Hepafast is crucial to the success of the programme!
Two of the three Hepafast meals are also supplemented with a large portion of vegetables. The vegetables are served in a variety of tasty dishes in our restaurant.
